MetroEighteen came to us with a specific brief: consolidate an office, showroom, and staging warehouse into a single space for a leading audio-visual and lighting specialist in Los Angeles. What we heard underneath that brief was something else — a desire for a place that felt genuinely inhabited rather than merely functional.

We approached it the way we approach a residence. Raw where it needed to be. Warm where it counted. The result was a workspace that lives like a home — industrial bones, domestic soul.
