Key Responsibilities:

· Technical Proficiency: Utilize architectural software to produce detailed drawings and models.  
· Solving: Employ independent judgment to solve project challenges effectively.  
· Communication & Teamwork: Maintain clear communication and foster teamwork, seeking feedback and contributing ideas.  
· Project Documentation: Assist in creating accurate project documentation, including models, drawings, and contracts.

Qualifications:  
· Education: Accredited degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology.  
· Experience: 1-2 years in high-end residential projects, focusing on construction document production and coordination.  
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in revit (or willingness to learn), AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.  
· Design Passion: Strong passion for design with attention to detail.  
· Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication.  
· Problem-Solving: Critical thinking and resourcefulness.  
· Eligibility: Fluency in English and valid long-term work status in the U.S.

Role Overview:
Lead the Design Process, Mentor Teams, and Drive Project Success. As a Project Director at Holm Studios, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the design process from concept to completion. You'll collaborate closely with the Founder and project leadership, while mentoring and empowering your team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
· Design Leadership: Champion a culture of design excellence, actively guiding and inspiring the team to create innovative and functional solutions that exceed client expectations and elevate the firm's reputation.
· Team Development: Empower and inspire project teams through mentorship and guidance, sharing your extensive knowledge and expertise in technical skills, design tools, code compliance, construction management, and project management to foster their professional growth and create a thriving, collaborative environment.
· Project Oversight: Ensure seamless project execution by effectively managing sub-consultant contracts and scope of work, proactively identifying opportunities to expand services, and meticulously maintaining project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
· Resource Management: Optimize project efficiency by strategically overseeing staffing and billing on select projects. Proactively identify opportunities for additional services, ensuring projects are adequately resourced to meet client expectations and deadlines.
· Team Development: Nurture the growth and development of the team by proactively identifying areas where staff require skill development support and advocating for resources and opportunities to facilitate their continuous learning and professional advancement.

Qualifications
· Architectural Expertise: Accredited professional degree in Architecture with 6-8 years of experience in high-end residential design and project management.
· Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in architectural software (Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite) and in-depth knowledge of architectural documentation, detailing, building materials, codes, and construction technologies.
· Project Management Acumen: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
· Leadership & Mentorship: Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to inspire and guide team members towards successful project outcomes.
· Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
